Leadership Team
Phil Georgenson, CPCU, President of PMG Employment Consultants, has more than
25 years of human resources management experience. Phil has held the
top HR position in two major organizations. Throughout his career, he has gained
considerable "hands on" expertise in all human resources areas.
Phil has a degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University. He also
has received professional designations from the Insurance Institute of America
and The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Phil is an active member, of SHRM, American Compensation Association, Human
Resources Association of Columbus, Mid Ohio Association of Executive Search
Professionals, National Insurance Recruiting Association (NIRA) and numerous local professional associations.
He has served
on the Boards of the Columbus Chapter of CPCU, Jobs for Columbus Grads (JCG) and
other local civic associations.
Susan Jones,
Senior Executive Search Consultant specializes in senior level search and
recruiting assignments. Prior to joining PMG Employment Consultants, Susan held
senior HR positions at several companies with local and global operations.
With over 20 years of recruiting experience, her focus has been to
service clients with difficult-to-find talent.
Susan has a particular penchant for selling to the recruited candidate.
She excels at building both strong client and candidate relationships
that ultimately result in successful placements.
Susan is a native of Buffalo and has a Bachelor of Science in Business
from the State University of NY at Fredonia and attended graduate school at
Bowling Green University.
David Georgenson, Senior
Organizational Development Consultant for PMG Employment Consultants specializes in numerous organizational
development issues in addition to executive coaching assignments.
Prior to joining PMG Employment Consultants, David was Director,
Field Training and Development for Northwestern Mutual. He was responsible for
sales and leadership development for a field force of 7000 individuals. David
led key initiatives in the areas of developing future leaders, improving
productivity, and increasing retention.
One initiative involved designing and implementing a sales management coaching
system. The pilot test yielded a 25% increase in sales.
David’s
25 years of experience has included key positions in managing leadership
development activities at the American Cancer Society, Xerox and Citibank.
Additionally, he served as a senior consultant for Development Dimensions
International and Learning International providing Fortune 500 clients with
consulting in team building, curriculum design, competency identification,
change implementation, and leadership and sales development.
His
practice focuses on helping leaders in both non-profit and profit organizations
to achieve their desired performance objectives. His clients describe him as a
no nonsense consultant that listens intently, emphasizes core issues, and
utilizes a systemic approach to meeting his client’s needs.
