5. Candidate selection

6. Set interviews with client

7. Follow up with client

   • Discuss feedback

8. Schedule follow up interviews or any tests

9. Check references

10. Follow up with candidate

    • Debrief

    • Re-qualify

11. Closing and negotiating

12. Offer

    • Acceptance date and letter

13. Help with transition

    • Prepare candidate for resignation at current position

    • Help with relocation if needed
